Stephanie is an Associate Clinical Social Worker (ACSW) with 6 years of experience working with children, adolescents and adults experiencing symptoms of depression, anxiety, addiction, and trauma, with an emphasis on co-occurring disorders. Stephanie earned her Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California, and holds a Bachelors degree in Sociology from the University of California, Los Angeles.
Stephanie specializes in working with children, adolescents, and young adults (ages 6 – 25) experiencing various life stressors, personal growth and interpersonal challenges, trauma, addiction, and eating disorders. Stephanie is passionate about assisting young people overcome their individual challenges, to develop a confident, healthy sense of self, and improve parent-child relations.
Stephanie provides individual, family, and group therapy, utilizing a variety of psychotherapy models including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT, Seeking Safety, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, Mindfulness Based Substance Abuse, and Play Therapy.
